Specialty Ingredients

Besides pork, we are very particular about our ingredients too.

  1. We use hinahikari type rice from Shimabara.
  2. Our fresh cabbage is harvested from Nagasaki Prefecture.
  3. Our miso soybean paste is specially prepared from barley.
  4. The bread crumbs are stocked from Tokyo.
  5. Our vegetable oils are crisp and crunchy when fried.
